When the sweat contacts with the bearing surface, a layer of sweat film will be formed on the bearing surface. The sweat film will cause electrochemical action on the bearing, corrode the bearing and produce embroidery.
But sweating is inevitable. The way to prevent hand sweat from causing rust is to wear gloves, fingerprints or special tools when assembling stamping needle roller bearings, and not touch the bearing surface with hands.
